GoldSync Product Logo GoldSync 5.0 offers unattended, automated processing of remote synchronization across 3 or more GoldMine databases, systems and users. It gives you the flexibility to automatically perform bi-directional data exchanges to make sharing information easier, regardless of your location. GoldSync also provides additional control by allowing administrators to filter data by criteria such as territory, salesperson or customer type. In addition to contact information, you can also synchronize data structures, lookup lists and customizations. GoldSync can be purchased separately, but is built into GoldMine® Sales and Marketing™.

FrontRange Heat Service and Support Heat Service and Support brings the call management functionality of more complex enterprise systems into an easy-to-use application, at a fraction of the cost. Out-of-the-box, the Quick Start Wizard provides support centers with industry best practices as well as the ability to instantly customize the product for your unique environment—all without programming, so you can get up and running quickly. The Business Process Automation Module defines business rules based on customizable templates that can help proactively identify bottlenecks. Feat Service and Support includes a broad range of easy-to-use, wizard-driven functionality that provides the power to successfully manage a support center.

 

GoldMine FrontOffice 2000 is comprised of GoldMine Sales and Marketing and/or GoldMine Service and Support, Management Intelligence (which includes Crystal Reports), and Microsoft SQL Server. Users may purchase both Sales and Marketing and Service and Support licenses to create a true Customer Relationship Management (CRM) environment or purchase them separately as needed. A Maintenance program fee accompanies purchase of either product.

Initial Purchase Requirements
The minimum initial purchase of either GoldMine Sales and Marketing or GoldMine Service and Support is a 5-user license denomination. Additional orders for Sales and Marketing and/or Service and Support licenses can be made incrementally on a one-off or single pair basis after initial order.

Volume/Cumulative Purchase Pricing Schedule
Pricing is based on the client license SRP and offers deeper discounts at higher volume levels.

The number of licenses is calculated on the combined total of both Sales and Marketing and Service and Support licenses, as well as the combined number of licenses already owned with those being purchased.

Maintenance Fees
All GoldMine FrontOffice 2000 orders include a Maintenance and Support program designed to provide customers with on-going product updates and technical support for the term of the GoldMine End-User Maintenance and Support Agreement. Maintenance fees are calculated at 20% of the current client license SRP.
